I just did something really bad, how should i deal with this?

well, i copied a chain mail bulletin on myspace, and it was pretty bad. i mean, to some people.

like my uncle...who read it and told me that he read it over myspace.

i really do feel ashamed and guilty.

how should i deal with this?

Remove it.  Tell him it was a foolish thing to do, that you are sorry you did it, and you won't do it again.  Then DON'T do it again!!!  Don't put anything in writing that you don't want the whole world to read.  Very improtant lesson.

Admit what you did was wrong in a bulletin & that you are sorry for anyone that you might have hurt or offended

And - if you meet the people involved in real life - apologize some more.
