I just dried out a flower...?

is there anything i can do to make it hard and unbrakable. is there anything i can coat it with

    I'm not sure, I know the ones that are kept in the pages of a book stay the same for years.

You can dip it in clear varnish, of course, it is gonna take several coats, but it works.  My daughter bought a pin last summer that had a miniature rose done that way.  It brings some of the color back too.  I don't know what kind of flower you are doing or how it was dried.  With some of them, the petals fall out too easily to dip, but roses seem to do well.

    This is not going to make it un breakable, just less fragile.  

    You can get a glass container, put about an inch of epoxy in it.  Enough to hold the flower in place.  Don't mix more than you need.  Put the flower in it, however you want it positioned.  Once it sets up, mix some more epoxy and fill the container up over the top of your flower.  You now have a keepsake-paperweight, and the flower really can't get broken.
