I just flashed my Bios

I just flashed my Bios Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 from F12 to F13. Now my CPU fan is at full speed. It's loud and driving me nuts. I've looked all through the bios to see if I can slow it down. Also, went on line. Can you assist me with fixing this problem?ThanksGA-965P-DS3
