  1. Its a frog, you found it, it can survive in the wild by its self your just compromising the health/survival of it. Frogs have survived in the wild for many years w/o humans. Just let it go(better if its at night so birds won't eat it...) If you know its a domestic frog go to the pet store and buy some worms and frog pellets. If it is a wild one it will probably not adjust to being in captivity very well and would most likely refuse to eat anything... good luck.

  2. I think it's best to leave it alone. But if you want to feed it, it eats common bugs like beetles and flies. It's kinda nasty but true. I suggest if you want to have a pet frog, go to the pet store and buy one instead of a wild frog.

  3. it depends on how big the frog is and what kind it is don't feed it until u can go to a pet store and find out. it should be fine with water until then

  4. ask a pet store, but i always fed my frogs crickets.

  5. What kind of frog? You'll need to fix it a terrarium ( half land ,half water) and feed it lots of crickets,flies,beetles,worms,etc.Really,... would be best if you would just keep it for a few days and then let it go.

  6. I wouldn't suggest trying to keep any wild animal. They're very hard to keep alive and a lot of the time, they end up so stressed, they starve themselves. If you really want a pet frog, go to a pet store and buy one. They aren't really expensive and they're fun to have.

  7. You need a license to own a frog, and the poor thing is probablly half scared to death.

How would you like it if a giant came and picked you up, put you in a cage and looked up on the internet, "I just found a human in my back yard what should I feed it?"

  8. It's kinda nasty, but live crickets and flies.

  9. Even if they're starving, frogs aren't stimulated to eat something unless it moves.  So if you're going to the pet store, get meal worms, crickets or something similar to feed it.  If you're catching insects, make sure they're still alive and moving when you present them to your frog.  And please don't count on keeping it for a long time.  I agree with the voices of caution, here.  It is difficult to keep a frog healthy.  Its tank has to be kept very clean to prevent infections.  Enjoy it for a little while, and then let it go. Frogs are our garden friends who help us combat insect pests.

  10. Why don't you leave it in your yard? YOu can see where it's hiding and go visit it every day. It will look after itself eating insects and things. If you have a nice little pond there, then maybe you'll get some tadpoles and more frogs. If you don't have a pond, well, that's got to be your next step: make a pond and the frog will be happy to stay living in your yard and it will feed itself, no need for you to worry.
