I just found a snake in my pool and i need it identified.?

Question

it was black with a bright orange belly and a orange ring around its neck.

is it posionous?

and what type of snake is it?

btw i live in south florida in west palm beach.

it's a ring necked snaked!

No it is not poisonous at all!

Ring necked all the way chill non posionous just use a net and put away from your house. if it returns repeat the process. PRESERVE OUR ANIMALS
