ye if its on bid then you cant.

if its buy it now then you can buy it anytime before 6hr. 3min

If there is an option that says BuyNow then you can buy it and no other bidder can get that item. none the less BuyNow is alot more expensive than just bidding, but if you want the item right away. i would prefer BuyNow.

yes the auction will finish in 6 hours.  but if the item doesnt sell or if the seller has a few of the same item they will probably relist it again so you can buy it another day (depends on what it is)
