I just found my flask with alcohol in it from 3-4 years ago; is it still good to drink?

I would say go ahead. If you get sick , then, no, it's not still good.

If it's booze (not wine or something), then absolutely! Alcohol itself is a preservative; it can't "spoil."

Oh, and I doubt it will be any stronger. Alcohol evaporates. If the cap wasn't on tightly, then the flavor might be stronger, but the alcohol would be practically all gone. The fact that the flask isn't empty after all that time means that the cap was on tightly, so nothing's gotten in or out.

Do you remember exactly what's in there? Taste a little a make sure you're not about to drink 8oz of pure grain alcohol. That would be bad (and dangerous)! Other than that, I say bottoms up!

What is the flask made out of? If it's plastic or aluminum, I wouldn't drink it. (Chemical nasties can leach out of the flask and affect the alcohol.) If it's stainless steel, have at it!
