Question:

I just found my old baseball mitt, but the leather is dry and cracked. How can I restore/repair it?

The mitt is only about 10 years old, I used to take care of it regularly, but it's been neglected for a couple of years now. I've used glove conditioner, but it really doesn't seem to help, any suggestions?

  1. YOU CAN

    REPAIR IT BUT IT

    WOULD BE CHEAPER

    TO GET A NEW GLOVE

  2. you can repair your relationship with your GLOVE by not calling it a mitt.  Its been 40 years since we've called them mitts.

  3. time for new one

  4. I think it is time to get a new mitt. I get one every two to three. Breaking into it will take a while. Just start breaking into it as soon as possible. Unless this glove is everything to you then idk.

  5. yes use shaving cream get a handfull and rub it in to your glove into in is soaked in. trust me it will work ( past expierance ) and bench coach Dave Martinez my old AAU baseball coach says it works good and most major leagers use it i gave it a try and it worked u should to.
