Question:

I just found out I'm pregnant, and I am cramping- is this normal?

Not as bad as AF but cramps that make me feel like I imagined my positive test and that my period is coming any minute. I got a really early positive so my period isn't actually due until Labor day.

Is this normal? It even hurts in my back....

  1. I had cramps just about every day during my first trimester. I'm now 18 weeks preggo with a perfectly healthy baby.


  2. It's normal when I first found out that I was pregnant I had cramping and felt like my period was coming. Don't worry your fine.

  3. I just took five tests yesterday - all positive, one at the doctor's today - positive. and I am panicked too becuase I have a lot of mild cramping.  Kinda like my period is coming...  I am so scared because I tested early too.  

  4. early pregnancy symptoms are similar to classic pms symptoms.

  5. I had a lot of cramping when I first found out I was pregnant, like your period is going to start or trying too, I waited a day or two and it all went away. If it doesn't I'd go to the ER.

  7. Hi! To put your fears to rest, cramping is very normal early on in pregnancy. I cramped intensely for several weeks and everything turned out wonderfully in the end! I assumed the cramping was AF, too, but the test proved me wrong and now I have a wonderful 9 month baby boy! Congratulations and Good Luck!!
