I just found out I have gall stones. The doctor said they were small. Will this mean I will have problems?

She didn't sound all that concerned. What should I do now? Also found out that I have an upper hernia?? It is not an outer one. She didn't mention surgery. Will the gall stones and hernia cause problems? She is sending me for a diabetic blood test, last time my sugar was up. Some of my family are diabetic.

All of this because I was having trouble with acid reflux!! My stomach has been swelling often and hurting. The medicine was not doing any good. Am I falling apart?? Help! Tell me something to make me feel better.

  1. Listen to your Doctor, she knows best. Follow her advise to a 'T'

  2. Yes, you're falling apart. That happens to us as we age. ;) Menopause is next.

I have gall stones and they're not much difficulty; add hemp seed oil to your diet and you can help lower the difficulties.

Chances are that what you had is NOT acid reflux, but rather biliary colic, which is very common with gall bladder problems. I use Zantac when that acts up, and it helps.
