I just found out i am pregnant I have doc. appointment today but I am worried about the cramping?

on my right side of my belly, what could this be is it normal? It is more like pressure and cramps. This appointment will be my first doctor appointment I took a test Thursday so i have been worrying about this all weekend. Thanks!!

I have been having what feels like period cramps as well, but my Dr's appt. isn't until Sept. 9. BUT, it says in What to Expect When Your Expecting that cramps are perfectly normal. It's the extra blood flow and stretching of the uterus. So don't worry:)

If it's on your right side-they might check for appendicitis. Although slight cramping is normal in early pregnany. As long as you're not in excruciating pain-I think you're fine. But ask at your OB apptointment to rule out anything serious. Good Luck!

I had the same worry as you, what felt like period cramps. Well don't be worried it is perfectly normal. As long as there is no blood it is ligaments stretching and all that fun stuff. Congrats

the cramping could just be your body getting in shape for your 9 month long pregnancy.

i had a ton of cramping with my first pregnancy early on.  with my second one i haven't had as much.
