Haha no it doesn't give you any cash sadly :D.. It only means that you have been helpful (for your debate opponents, irritating) to a lot of people. As Yahoo puts it it's how knowledgeable you have been to one section. So enjoy the stay... It's not permanent though if you do not reach the minimum points or you compile a number of violations you may lose the badge. :D
