I just found out my sisters boyfriends been beating her and i need help with what to do?

My sisters boyfriend has been beating her for a several months. And she wont stop going back to him. She just turned 18 she weighs less then 100 pounds. What can I do? She thinks he loves her and that its her fault. He tells her hes sorry and that he loves and he will get help and it wont happen again and she falls for it. She wont go to the police she wont see anyone for help. We live in michigan and hes trying to take her and move to new jersey. So i need to do something fast.

Set him up through your friends in your sisters absence and break both his hands i mean fracture them give him a warning that next time he hits your sister it will be permanent dislocation of both hands and legs.

i ran a labor union for many years, and if she won't back up a police complaint the boyfriend will have to be adjusted. Family and friends who can permanently keep their mouths shut might theoretically break both insteps with a hammer, and might possibly break one leg at the outside of the knee. I'm not advocating such a thing but it has been known to happen.

I had a boyfriend who used to get drunk and slap me around my senior yr of high school and I always went back to him.  For me it was a low self-esteem issue I had that I think made me always go back.  I thought I deserved it and I'd never find anyone better.  The only thing that helped me was finding someone else, who treated me right.  But after I figured out that the way I was treated was so messed up, I never let anyone treat me like that again.  Try and help her meet someone else, if possible. But be careful not to let the boyfriend find out.  Find someone really cute and nice for your sister.

The sad part is your sisters self esteem is low to stay in a relationship like this. She is young and has her whole life ahead of her. She is not emotionally mature enough to see past this and that there is more life out there. Show her this on answers she may get mad at you but honestly if she can't see that some one beating her is not love and it will happen again and will get worse the longer they stay together. She has to empower her self not to accept some one treating her like this. Get on the internet and look up domestic abuse and get some good info. you can print out for her.

There is no easy answer, but you can't allow this to continue.  In the meantime, just simply ask the neighbors if they hear anything just dial the police and you do the same. When the police show up, have all your witnesses and information up front. The police knows how to deal with this "boyfriend".

Beat the shitznit out of him with a metal bat :]. If that's not the way you wanna go, seek a counselor and ask her what you should do. To tell you the truth, talk to your sister and make her listen, and then I think you should talk with the police. You can get help in many ways like Abuse Hotlines, and more. If you're not gonna beat him up, get the cops or your parents' or guardian involved.
