I just found some small eggs in my kitchen they are sort of maroon in color and 1/4 inch?

i poked one with a needle and white liquid came out, also it looks like they had somewhat of a spiral pattern on them, thanks!

its pigon eggs.

don't really take diasy's answer to heart. i have a balcony & i swear- MILLIONS of pigeons live on it :] Pigeon eggs are small ( about the size of your mystery eggs) but they are white. I think pearlyma. may be right.

They sound like insect (spider)eggs.

Try taking and posting a picture.  Also, Spider eggs are not like other eggs, they actually lay their eggs in a sac which looks roughly like an small thing of cotton.  If it leaked liquid, it (likely) isn't an insect...At least not one I've heard of.
