I just gauged my ear from a 18 to a ten.?

this is my second time doing it. (meaning ive had it up to a size 8 then took it out cause i got cute earrings lol.)

For some reason its more painful putting them. whatever i know i have to deal with that.

what can i do to keep them healthy?

just make sure to clean em often once they heal.

and dont resize too quickly.
