I feel ALOT better, I had some second degree tearing, but it seems to have already healed. I feel pretty good, so my question is, I really want to go to my husband's concert this friday. There will be places to sit, but I will be on my feet most of the time. So what do you think? Should I go or should I wait it out for 6 weeks ??

  1. I saw if you feel up to it then go!

  2. I am assuming you are staying non stop with your new baby and could use a break.

I say go.  You should be walking and doing fine by now.

Just make sure you have a family member to keep an eye on your new bundle of joy.

    Congratulations!

  3. If you didn't have any complications during delivery and are feeling well - then as a mother of three kids in 5 years, I say GO OUT and HAVE FUN, these evenings out will be few and far between, so enjoy them when you can!

Just remember that you may not be all the way up to par, so expect to tire more quickly and be prepared for it.

    Have fun and congrats!

  4. it's been 2 wks! no, stay home with your baby..call me old fashion but I definately think you should wait until you are at least 5 wks post-partum.  It's too soon in my opinion, even if you feel great.  i've had 3 kids and with this 3rd baby i swear I was feeling wonderful, no discomforts whatsoever but I still took it easy, only times I went out was to go to the doctor and every time i went out i felt bloated..maybe that 's just me but i guess you're gonna do whatever you want to anyway so have fun!

  5. I thnk u shuld wait.. U shuld b wit ur baby.. It won't hurt to miss ths concert.. N u dnt want to risk sumthn happening if ur body isn't up for it jst yet.

  6. Go.  Take the baby to grandma's house.  A concert is no place for a baby.
