ive only had my lisence for 4 months. there is a blizard here in cleveland and i had my four wheel drive and the *** hole infront of the guy i hit slammed on his breaks and the guy in front of me almost hit the guy infront of him and of course with my luck i hit him. oh and to make it better he drives a lexus. i cracked his whole back bumper..... great.

so he was nice and didnt involve the police and just took my information.

but this is my first accedent... what happens next?

  1. He'll probably turn it into his insurance.  Don't worry about it unless he calls you.

    With only four months of driving experience, you should not be driving in a blizzard.

  3. He will contact his insurance who then will contact your insurance and the insurance will cover the cost of repair, but your insurance will go up a pretty good amount!

    You need to leave enough space between you and the car infront of you so that you can stop at any time.

    so no matter how radical his action was, it is still the person driving behind who was at fault.
