I just got a LG Scoop ( also known as LG Rumor) and...?

Question

I put all my music on it, and some pictures.

I wanted to put one of my songs as the ringtone instead of one of the preloaded ones.

Same thing with my pictures.

Once i open the files on my phone the option "assign" is nto there like preloaded songs and photos.

How can I get my music as my ringtone?

And my pictures as my wallpaper?

Alltel will not allow third party ringtones on their phones. If you want ringtones you have to buy them on your handset.

You can't use full music files as ringtones on the scoop.

But  you can make and download ringtones on the scoop. I guarantee you because I have one and i use

www.ventones.com

its the only site that works for the scoop. Most people are under the impression that Alltel blocks them but its only because the other ringtone sites aren't good and they don't work.

Go to Ventones and you can upload and make your own ringtones. Then they will text you a link and your phone will download it and you will get the Set As Ringtone option. Its amazing. I thought I would have to buy ringtones but it will work for free from Ventones.

well, for the music..i dont think you can. not for LG or something. because i have a chocolate and you cant do that. you have to buy or something. but for the pics as your wallpaper, 1.select your pic. 2. push options. 3. push set as. 4. select wallpaper. and ta-da! theres your wallpaper
