  1. Yes they are a good idea as long as they remember to ride safely.


  2. Obey all the traffic rules and always keep an eye on the mirrors.

    On streets with 40MPH and above speed limits, impatient cagers have no respect for "anything" that gets in their way.

    Scooters get less respect than bicycles.

    Otherwise they're a good ideal :)
