  1. Call the credit card and tell them you didn't authorize the charge.

Though you may need to rehearse, based on your English in this post.

  2. You will definitely be able to get all your money back without a doubt and it will be easy.  It helps if you have a card from a major bank but credit card law is on your side (I assume you have a Visa or Mastercard).

The first thing you should do is to call the company who charged you the money and tell them that this is an illegitimate charge and  you did not make it.  Ask them for an immediate refund.  They might drag their feet and delay by asking you for documents or telling you they will call back or something.  Tell them that with or without documents you expect them to immidiately either refund the charge or provide proof that you authorized the charge.  Give them a maximum of 2 days to make the refund. *It does not matter what excuse they have, what research they need to do or anything, do not give them more than 2 or 3 days to refund*.  If they promise to call you back give them 2 days to do it and don't bother chasing them again if they do not call back.

If they have not refunded in 2 days, call your issuing bank (who issued the card).  Use the number on the card.  Tell them that there is an unauthorized charge.  Probably the first thing they will ask is if you called the merchant directly and tried to resolve it with them (that is why you should call the merchant first).  Tell them you called the merchant and they were uncooperative.  The card company will immidiately refund your money.  The law is on your side since the merchant does not have a signature authorizing them to charge your card.

I emphasize that you should not let the merchant string you out and delay.  If you cross a certain number of days without calling your card company directly then the laws change and it will make it harder for you to get a refund.  An unscrupulous merchant will try to trick you into waiting till the period is over but don't let them do that.

Good luck, let me know if you have more questions. Call the merchant immediately.
