I just got a book from john beck on how to buy homes free and clear by buying them from tax sales

what do i have to expect from going and buying tax sale homes can u buy them free and clear like he said in the book

expect to pay 1/3 of all costs for one year...so it the taxes and payments are 3000 ..extpect to pay 1000 out of pocket after tthat you may make some money if you keep a tight reign on the tenants.

No one is getting rich off selling or buying real estate in the US right now.  John Beck only made money selling these books to people who don't know any better.
