I have less then a month with a car that i got loaned from a dealer, the car is starting to show alot of deffects. The breaks are squeking, oil is dripping, and has scratches in the exterior. They are willing to fix everything, but i am scared that it will have problems again in the future. I want to know if there is a way that i can exchange the car with the same dealer in order to not let it go, and drop my credit score. What do you recommend?

  1. Take it back to the dealership and tell them they sold you a lemon and you want to give it back.

There are lemon laws in your state that cover you on this.

  2. New or Used?

If used, learn to love it and be thankful the dealer is willing to fix things.

New?  May still be the same answer.  Lemon laws are pretty stringent.  Usually the dealer has 3 times to fix the problem.  If not resolved, the lemon law kicks in.
