It was an ultimate grilled chicken breast...it was hard at the bottom, like it was completely dried out and sitting around all day. I took my first bite and a big piece of the hard bottom basically peeled off of the rest of the chicken and I had to peel it off the piece I was eating. It wasn't bad or anything, just completely dried out at the bottom. I'm so pissed off and they close in 10 minutes, I'm not driving all the way back out there in the freezing cold. So what should I do??? I want my money back. =(

  1. Look the location up in the phonebook call them and complain. Then tell them your name and tell them that you will be back in the morning to get your money back!!

  2. Call the place up immediately and also call their 800 customer service number.  They will replace food with receipt or refund money

  3. Save it in the Frig., bring it back to them tomorrow, and talk to the manager.  Otherwise it's just going to happen again.  My friend got sick off one of their burgers, we don't go there anymore.

  4. Well, you'll have to drive all the way down there if you want your money back, or you could try and call their service line, but I doubt you will even get to talk to an operator about it.

  5. k..tomorrow go ther then like order a shake, sit down, then throw up EVERWHERE then they will have to clean it up!!!!! muahahahah the ulitmate revenge!

  6. why would u buy it in the first place.

  7. call tomorrow, tell them and most restautants will give you another one when you come in and sometimes they'll give you something xtra for your trouble.

Or if you save the sandich and the receipt they probably will give you your money back.

  8. call or go over there and tell them if you have the receipt take it

  9. take what's left back and get your $$ back.  Tell them you are going to file a complaint with the corp office

  10. burn it in front of their resturant

or just walk in in the morning and throw it on the ground so they have to clean it up =]

  11. mail it to the main office

  12. Call the Corp. office. make a long complaint. You have to be serious, and make straight to the point complaints.

It did happen to me so..

In about 2 weeks i got---

they sent me about 10 FREE sandwich Coupons. A Free Shirt.

  13. i cant believe you still ate it. go back in the morning and throw it up on their counter!

  14. call them up!  they will have a credit waiting on your the next time you go!  you work too d**n hard for your money to throw it away on something you cant even enjoy!!

  15. Look at your receipt and get the number and call them. Most of the time they will give you the managers name and then the next time you go in tell them the name and they will give you a free sandwich.  I have done this many times, because if you go to Wendys or any fast food store right before they close you get crappy food.

  16. I had this exact same thing happen to me and so I called the store, the number should be on your receipt and I asked to talk to the manager.  She was very helpful and gave me her name and said that I would have a credit and to just tell her the next time that I came in or one of the others who work there.  Well, sure enough I did and they did what they said they would.  I would even try to get a free drink out of it just for your trouble.  I ordered a chicken sandwich too and had the same issue.  I think it is just the workers being lazy while the manager is not around or them trying to be too cost efficient, you say that they close in ten minutes well they probably did not want to cook more food that close to closing time.  Hope this helps, if not I would call their corporate headquarters.

  17. If they close in ten minuttes the problem is you went too late. These people get paid minimum wage and deal w/******* most of the day and want to get out of their as fast as possible. If you go in the last half hour they're open, you're getting **** that's been sitting around for a while. There isn't much you can do, but call up now or tomorrow and hope you get in touch w/a nice manger or fill out a comment card and get a free meal. Just don't go twenty minutes til closing next time.

  18. Whenever you get a chance, call and ask to speak to a manager. Just tell them about it. Just leave out the part that you ate it....say you threw it away. Keep your reciept. I'm 100% positive they will tell you to come in and they will replace it. If they wont all you have to do is ask for the managers name and tell them you are going to call corporate. Trust me it wont be a problem.

  19. dude take it back or cut your losses.

  20. call them up and complain.  they will give u a new one the next day.  the for the store is usually on the reciept

  21. Call them Do you have yor receipt. Get the name of the person you spoke with and the manager's nameThey might ask "Well why didn't you bring it back" Tell them they were about to close and you did not have enough time.A good manager will not give you a hard .

. But some act like it's coming out of thier own pocket.

  22. call the number on the receipt and ask to talk to a manager.  Make sure you get his/her name and they should make it better.

  23. lol keep it with you... don't eat it

Go back  to Wendy's tomorrow and tell them you just purchased it and that its quite nasty...

hopefully you'll get a new sandwich

  24. Hopefully you saved the remains ( and the uneaten chichen) I would first call and tell them you had, disgusting food! They should offer you new food right then. Or if it's convenient, take the said sandwich into Wendy's tomorrow, show it to them and say " This is how is looked when it was served, and I want something done! If they refuse to do anything, immediantely ask to talk to the manager. Try and keep you cool, but  letting them know , you like to eat there, you've never had a problem before , but definately dont appreciate getting this kind of service, and if compensation is not made, you won't being a returning customer. If no satisfaction, ask to speak to a regional manager or corporate manager!

    It's always worked for me.

  25. don't complain at the restaurant - the managers never usually do anything and they definately don't report it to corporate - there is usually a 1-800 customer service number that is 10X's more effective and they'll usually send you coupons.. but you have to save your receipt - it has a date, transaction number, time so they can figure out who was on shift.

  26. Go and complain. When I used to work at DQ Grill & Chill my manager always told us to replace any unhappy customer's meal or refund them. If they're smart, they'll realize customer satisfaction is the key to their success and word-of-mouth is the most effective way of spreading positive and negative feedback.
