I just got a comcast ON DEMAND box thing that hooks up to my tv,and i tried everyting!how do i set it up?

my tv says Weak or no signal,please help i read the maual and followed the instructions and still weak or no signal!!!

  1. cable line connects to box first, then to tv.  or from box to vcr/dvr/dvd then tv


  2. Call comcast and tell them you need help setting it up.. that's part of the deal of having them... and you sure pay enough for it.

  3. I thought Comcast got bought out by Time Warner Cable...

    Try calling up Technical Support.
