I just got a new Canon Pixma iP 1500 photo printer and I put the disc in and it eventually came up with "the printer could not be detected...recheck the connection. I used the same connection as I did with the printer before which was an Epson printer. I'm not the sharpest guy when it comes to a computer and I attempted to connect 3 times and got the same response. Please try and help me in simple terminology as I would appreciate it. It would bother me to throw this new printer in the garbage as I am very frustrated.
