I just got a new computer, how can I put all the music from my iPod on it?

I successfully got the iPod to come up in my iTunes on this new computer, but I do not know how to put the music on the computer itself. How do I do this?

  2. PC or Mac?  Once I see your edit, I will answer.

    For PC, it is pretty easy.  Once you plug the Ipod into your computer, it will mount as a seperate drive.  The only thing you have to change is to show "hidden files" in Windows Explorer so that you can see the songs.  You will  not know what they are because the Ipod names them AAAA.mp3, AAAB.mp3 etc.  So, you copy and paste them all onto  your PC, and THEN you do a massive add to Itunes.  Also, you need to make sure that Itunes has the options "Add imported music to music library" and "Organize Music Library" selected.  Then, when you add songs like AAAA.mp3, Itunes will create a folder for the artist and album and re-create the song with the real name on it.  Then, when it is done, you can delete the files with the xxxx.mp3's.  

    Easy enough.  There is also lots of articles on this if you need more of a step by step.

  3. get limewire and its very good u can download anything fomr there its easy and popular after u downloaded the songs and the other things you wanna put take the songs you want from limewire and drag it to itunes its simple then sync
