I just got a new era baseball cap, should i bend the brim? And should I leave the sticker?

The first thing I do when I get a hat:

-Take off any tags, stickers, etc.

-Bend the brim (dont do it too hard though, you want a curve, not a teepee.)

BEND THE BRIM, LOSE THE STICKER

Lose the sticker, bend the bill if you wear it frontward, leave the bill straight if you wear it backwards.
