  1. visit IRS website and use the Withholding Calculator to assist you in how many to claim.


  2. I always claim zero, and I still owe at the end of the year.

  3. If you are expecting to earn less than $5450 in 2008, you can claim "exempt."  Otherwise, you can safely claim 1 or 2 depending if you are being claimed as a dependent or not.
