  1. i would say maybe 3 days just so she can get  use to her new home then slowly give he/her food and then after awhile try to see if she will eat from your hand and then maybe pick her up and lure he/her with treats

  2. it depends on how old it is,just work with it.

  3. As you can tell by my name i have amouse. She is 2 and a half and very social. Mice need to get used to their surrounding so dont get to worried. Al ot of the timidness is to do with their age. So about 5 days maximum.

  4. i would say try giving her treats in your hands so she gets use to your smell. then after a weeks or two, try picking her up gently.

  5. i had mice before it takes them a bout 3-4 days to get use to you.

  6. I have mice. It takes a few days. Every mouse is different as is every person. Our mice sometimes are playful and others are not. I take mine out and hold and cuddle them everytime I clean their tank. Sometimes its hard to catch them, but mine generally if they act like they don't want to play I leave them alone, but let them sniff you and pet them every chance you get. But if they feel like you are bothering them too much they will hide.

  7. I know it sounds weird but throw a shirt or a sock that youve recently worn in her cage with her! That will help her get used to your scent. Keep her cage in a quiet place, and after a few days (or even hours) you can stick your hand in there maybe with a treat to coax her over to you. The key is to take it slow and pe patient. Wait for her to come to you. Mice are very social and can become quite tame with proper handling. Good luck and i hope you have fun with her.

  8. The more you handle her the sooner she will be used to you. Be sure to give her at least a day after purchase to settle in. Also, it'd be really good to get her a female friend. Female mice are really social and do better in pairs or groups.

  9. well i dont own a mouse but i think they have sort of the same caring. 2 days you should leave her then start

  10. you should wait about a week or two cause even one sudden startle and he will bite you
