I just got a offer from a trucking company USF Glen Moore to run dedticated teams.?

Does any one know if usf Glenn Moore out of K.C. is a good place to work, they claim dedticated teams, would this be a good move or not?

They are a well established trucking company. The rest is a matter of personal taste. Dedicated team usually means that they try and match up two drivers together that will remain together. That can be a very daunting challenge. You have to remember that the two of you will be spending a great amount of time in a space smaller than a prison cell. You have to put a lot of faith in each other seeing that you one is usually trying to sleep or rest while the other drives. No easy task! Roads are rough, lots of bouncing going on while you try and sleep. You are going the same distance but getting half the pay. Unless you are a new driver, why don't you drive solo?
