I just got a pentax honeywell flim camera?

and i have no idea what anything is used for or how to use any of the buttons/dials! i needed a 35mm camera for a camera class im taking but its not for sure if im going to get in but i still want to know to use the camera i tried looking at the manuals online but they are c**p! any help?

  1. Is it the Pentax Honeywell Spotmatic?  It should suffice for your class.  If you still have any questions, I would think the best way to do this is asking the instructor.  Your Instructor isn't expecting you to know your camera inside and out - from the sounds of it, this is an intro to black and white photography course.  You will be amongst peers.  


  2. I know! You have to set the shutter speed manually! It doesn't even have an LCD screen!

  3. All those features you mention, will be explained in class ... just listen, take notes and follow your instructors good advice.

    All the questions you have now will be explained ... your instructor will even show you how to load film in all the various cameras that show up.

    You have a rather old camera, so it may or may not have a meter and if it does, you will need a new battery.
