I just got a pocket pc, and htc touch. a little Question about uninstalling softwares.?

ok, so i installed applications in my ppc, the problem is when i uninstalled them, they r removed from the list, but they r still my windows folder. Is this normal?if not, how do i uninstall without having to delete the application folders myself.

its normal but not too normal. very few apps leave behind footprints but if they do its a good idea to just simply delete them since you don't need them. its very much like when you uninstall programs off your pc, a lot of the time a folder and a few little things are left behind...most ppc programs i've used have been very good of cleaning up after themselves...
