I just got a retanior (sp)?

hello everyone, thanks for clicking... i got my retanior yesterday.. i was just wondering........ anyone have any tips? Like just tell me about your expericine with the retanitor. Ok well thanks.

Be sure you wear it like you are supposed to. I ended up wearing braces twice because I did not wear my retainer like I was supposed to. Just wear it like your orthodontists tell you and you should be fine.

wear them however long your dentist says to keep them on, but DO KEEP THEM ON AT ALL TIMES!!!!!except when eating, brushing, flossing.i have never had a retainEr, but i do know that they will stay like that for the rest of your life, and if you have rubber bands, think of wearing braces for another month, for every rubber band you dont wear for a day.same with retainers.dont wear it for a day, add another month of retainer wearing.(my orthodontist told me that.

Congrats My advice to you is to always wear it becase your teeth can shift very qickley and you don't want to waste that much money and no matter how uncomfortable they are keep it in and be sure to clean it twice a day here is a good product to use and is cheap to

My advice to you is you have have have to wear it for the rest of your life, don't just think you can wear it for a year, and your teeth will stay like they are for the rest of your life, because they won't. I didn't wear it every day and my teeth are a little crooked now, it's not worth it, especially for wearing braces for 5 years.
