Try any one of these sites.  You'll find some beginner songs and lessons on them too.

G-C-E-A is the newer way of tuning soprano ukes. This is called the open C6 chord tuning.

The traditional way of tuning a soprano uke is: A D F# B

Try both and see what suits you best.
