Let my put it another way I was not talking on the phone I was put on my head set at a red light.

if you where talking on your cell phone while driving then you deserve a ticket you need to focus on the road not on making a phone call if you have to make a call when on the road find a safe place to pull over and then make your call. just pay the fine and stop crying about it!

Pay your ticket  you do not need any kind of phone when driving nothing is so important it cannot wait till you stop.

Why would you get out of it? If you did something wrong, you should pay for it.
