I just got an 88% on one of my assignments.... [?

I got an 88% on one of my assignments... is that good?

My roommate is telling me that it sucks and I should go burn in a ditch because the rest of the class got 100% (I was the only one with an 88).

Look at it this way, love: 88 is better than 78, or 68, or even less than that. If it was enough to pass tell your roommate to go stick it because at least you passed. Sure, the rest of the class (allegedly), according to your roommate, got 100%. But what does it matter to you roommate if you're not getting a 100% on every assignment you get? That's no reason to tell you to go burn in a ditch somewhere, eh?

Don't let him/her/whoever, get to you. You did just fine. You passed, didn't you? Much luck.
