  1. i thought that if you didn't top it up you lost the money on your account, but then the next time you top up they refund it. I'm not sure about losing your number, have you tried to top up again?

  2. I'm not quite sure about HotLink but if it's the same as digi then  they give you 9 months without useage before the number is deactivated..

    [so you can speak geordie now huh]

  3. It is the best for you to consult with the hotlink customer care as they the only who can answer you this.

  4. call maxis for support

  5. Lahhhh........ takkan nak consult lembu gila................

  6. According to the seller whom I bought a Hotlink Prepaid, he told me to top up every month in order to retain the number. I have been doing so, thru friends in Malaysia.

    For your case, I believe you will have to get a new number and inform your potential business associates about the change of number. Subsequently, please remember to top up every month (RM10).

    @_@

  7. From past experience,  your prepaid account has been cancelled and the number held in reserve - to be put back into a future batch of prepaid numbers.... so,

    Consult Hotlink whether you can use that number for a post paid

    account...You probably can  if you had registered the prepaid account in your name....

  8. i guess you just need to top up the value and you're able to retrieve the data. as the prepaid will have it expiry and you ought to use it by certain time frame or else it will be deactivated.
