    milkshakes

    fruit drinks

    smoothies

    milk

    water, of course

    soft noodles

    ice cream

    bologna

    soft bread

    peanut butter sandwiches

    hope this helps!

  2. i remember when i got my braces the first thing i ate was mac and cheese i just swallowed it lol.  you can try eating bread just keep it in your mouth then you can swallow it ( its gross but it works )

  3. Try not to eat with your front teeth, or to bit down. If you eat chicken or something rip it with your fingers and put it in your back teeth so it's easier to eat. Your back teeth shouldn't hurt as bad as the front. You can pretty much drink anything, but I would make sure it wasn't cold or hot because your teeth are so sensitive right now. You could eat soup, oatmeal, very soft cereal if you let it soak in milk, maybe spaghetti, and anything to do with noodles should be easy because if you still have to chew it will just be a little bit. Just remember to chew on your back teeth and you should be fine.

  4. i new some1 who ate cucumber

  5. itll hurt for the first week or two. for that time, you should wat soft foods like pasta or salmon and stuff. some teeth will hurt more than others so use that to your advantage, only chew on certain teeth.

  6. i only ate mashed potatoes for a week. even when they stopped hurting!  yum. i just love the stuff

  7. I know just how you feel. I just got new wires, rubber bands, springs, and a connector on Thursday and am currently as I speak looking for something to eat so I know exactly how you feel. Apart from taking painkillers there isn't mush to do but to let it hurt. I have been eating yogurt, applesauce, ice cream, soup, and pudding. You could try lasagna and not really chew it but just swallow it. That satisfied my "real" food hunger. (except we ran out so I'm still hungry) Also smoothies or mashed potatoes. If you like cheesecake that is also an option because of its softness. You can email me for info because I have to go to bed. Good Luck and Feel Better :)!!!!

  8. Hey there! I know how you feel, I just got braces off a few months ago, so I am kind of an expert, lol. Okay, it is HUGELY common for you to feel pain when you get braces. This will last only 1-2 weeks. Once that is over, you won't even notice you have braces, and you will be able to eat anything! Except for some really sticky foods and stuff, I'm sure your orthodontist told you some foods not to eat with braces, if not, ask him/her, or look it up online. For now, try to eat anything soft, like soup, or oatmeal, or cereal, things that don't need to be chewed really well. I'm sure you can still drink everything like normal. So, don't feel sad when you can't eat your favorite foods, I promise it will only last 1-2 weeks. During this time, just keep thinking of how great your teeth will look when your braces are off. Also, you are NOT alone, for sure! In my school, there are seriously like 60% of the kids with braces. It's crazy! So yeah, don't worry, you will be back to normal soon!

  9. Yeah, that's braces pain. Luckily you should be fine by Monday. Take a pain reliever and eat this stuff:

    Smoothies

    Mashed potatoes

    Applesauce

    Ice cream

    Pudding

    Bananas

    Oatmeal

  10. I'm getting braces this thursday but I've had them before. I have spacers right now and let me tell you something, if I can't eat mashed potatoes with spacers, definitely don't eat mashed potatoes with braces when you first get them. With your teeth in pain it will be a little harder to swallow. Mashed potatoes also might get stuck in your braces and if your teeth are in pain then it will be harder to clean them out. I recommend not eating mashed potatoes until you are used to the braces.

~Eat yogurt because it is cold and soft, preferably GOgurt because you don't have to use a spoon and spoons can hurt too.

    ~Eat pudding,

~I know, people say eat ice cream but if you do be careful. Try not to get the ice cream on the brackets because it feels like you're biting ice cream with your front teeth, you know, I recommend not eating ice cream until the pain is gone which will probably be monday or tuesday.

~Instead of ice cream go to dairy queen and get an arctic rush. Get an icee or something.

~NO FRUIT SMOOTHIES!! The fruit chunks will get stuck in your braces I guarantee you. As long as they have chunks, they don't go in your mouth.

~Broth is really good because the warmth feels good on your teeth and brackets.

I know this seems sort of strict but trust me it makes you feel much more confortable when you go to the othrodontist and they don't pull something out and ask you what it is. Trust me, it's embarrassing.

  11. ? wats ziti chicken? uk girl here lol

everything soft and not too hot for food

remeber to always use the xmas tree shaped bruses in around and between ur braces coz sometimes if ppl dont clean properly wen the braces come off they can leave white chalky marks where the beace has been sat :( u dont want that on ur straight gleamin pearls x
