I was out with 2 friends we sneaked into a club and got absolutely steaming we then walked around the town centre for a bit,

Then something kicked off down the road so loads of people run down and nearly all of them I did not know, this was because I got broke up from my friend I was meant to be with.

There was a fight going on between these 2 boys so I tried to intervene and break it up but I got punched in the ribs because of it so I retaliated violently and over reacted.

Another 4 people were involved and it was all on CCTV myself and the others got charged with Violent Disorder and some ABH

They think that all the people involved were together and charged us all and I only know 2 of them propley and the other 2 I know of them but not personally.

But one of them I know more ended up bottleing this guy which was out of order!!

This was all caught on CCTV in full and looks like we were all together battering this guy which is shameful.

I dont associate with any of the boys involved.

I was also 15 and still at school at the time and very drunk.

I have never been in any kind of trouble with the police ever before.

First Court hearing is tommorow but I NEED ADVICE ANYWAY

because this is going to last a while obviously

IM S****** myself seriously!!!!

LET ME KNOW PLEASE

OF ANY EXPERIENCES YOU KNOW OF OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT

THANKYOU

  1. If you do not have a record with the court system, and considering your age, you will probably get probation, fines and community service.

Worst scenario, you would get sent to a  juvenile facility, best have a good lawyer, especially since they do have you on tape with the TV camera  Hope that the judge is in a very good mood, stay away from the old friends, get into some kind of rehab. program for the drinking, and anger control.

Dress neat and clean, be respectful going t court. What do your folks have to say about all this?  Best wishes to you and I hope that you have earned something from this experience, that is being in the wrong place at the wrong time, with the wrong people...They will drag you down the tube..

  2. you should go down for 5 years, but you will probably get a conditional discharge
