Are you supposed to look away when putting them on and the same with taking them off. And I have VERY sensitive eyes so I need to know the easiest and harmless way to put them on and take them off.

  1. When I first got contacts they wouldn't let me leave the place until I took out my contacts and put them back in several times.  It takes some practice.  I usually look away when I put them in.  When I take them out, I drag the contact to the side of my eye and it just pops right out

  2. Another easy way is to hold open your eye with one hand, and slide the contact with the tip of your finger (carefully if you have long nails) to the side of your eye. With the same finger you use to slide the contact gently pinch it together and pull it out of your eye.

Make sure you wash your hands before you handle your lenses especially if you have lotion or some kind of oil on your hands.

Sometimes you may need to use a few drops of a lens safe eye drop to get the lens to move. (I couldn't get mine out the first time until I cried them out! *L*)

If you still have problems go back to the place you got them and sit down with someone you can understand and ask them for help.
