  1. Put the contact on your fingertip, if it looks like a bowl your good. If it look like a taco wrap, thats the wrong way.

  2. one way it looks like a bowl and the other like a saucer with a little lip around it. The one that looks like the bowl is the right way. If you put it in backwards you will know as it will hurt

  3. Your fitter should have covered this while training you on how to handle the lenses. Return to your fitter and ask them to demonstrate.

  4. When you put your lens on your finger to put it in your eye it will look like a moon, if it is flat you have the lenses inside out. If the lens is inside out and you put it in your eye it will hurt.

  5. If you look on the side of the contact there will be a 123, the right side up will show the right side 123.

Also another trick is if you put the contact in the fold of your hand, the side not by your thumb, by your pinky finger, the right way will fold together like a taco.

  6. Place the contact lens on the tip of your index or middle finger. With the fingers and thumb of your other hand, simultaneously pull up on your upper eyelid and down on your lower eyelid.Position the lens on your eye while looking upward or forward. Roll your eyes in a complete circle to help the lens settle, then blink. For all details,  information and remedies about contacts check out http://use-contactlens.blogspot.com/
