I just got denied of a Canadian Visa (again) what the??

Question

I have had travel in 5 places for the past 3 years (Hongkong (2x) / Beijing / Australia-Sydney and Gold Coast)..

When the papers came back, I was disapproved because it said that I don't have recent travel or insufficient funds? they just ticked the first box and did not care to explain further. my mom was approved twice already

Though my funds are insufficient, I am only supposed to attend a wedding of my cousin for just a day! And we are going to live in my aunt's house during the duration of the stay.. do you think we should have rented a hotel room? I plan to stay only for two weeks! and I dont have any intention of overstaying or working at their country!

what gives? what do i do next time? i just want to see maple leaves in autumn!!! aaaackkk!!!

driving down from anchorage through canada. at border check I had to prove I had at least $750.00 and or credit card. They checked. ( I had cash and card.) Then they cleared me. They said they do not want anyone to get stranded there so their system will have to be responsible for them. Lots of folks go to canada and dont have money to leave. So it isnt personal.

Sure they are following rules.

Sorry, it's not you, it is the hundreds and hundreds of thousands of people who have gone before you from foreign countries and drained the country's infrastructure of finite  money and services.
