I just got digital phone thru Time Warner and now my Tivo doesnt work?

Is there a way that I can fix this without having to connect to a computer network? I need my tivo!!!!! If not do I have to have a network hub? Cant I connect it straight to my computer?

Yeah, you'll have to plug it into your network.

Do you not have a router/firewall device?  If so most of those have 4 ports.

Which tivo do you have?  If its one that has a built in ethernet port (series 2 dual tuners and all series 3 and HD's) then its just a matter of plugging in the cable.
