I just got hired by wells fargo as a teller?

I just got hire by wells fargo as a teller and I am wondering what to expect on the day of the new hire orientation. What days do they get paid and is it really a great compny to work for?

We get paid every other friday.  Tomorrow, 6/29/2007 is payday.  New hire training depends on where you are.  Different banking regions have different practices.  If you are going to be a PB, you will probably have to go to an offsite eventually to be trained.  There are a lot of things to learn in the banking world.  Is it a great company?  Well, I think the company is pretty good, but you can't really do anything about having a crappy boss.  And like anywhere else, everybody thinks that they are underpaid.  I know I do.

You would have to ask about new hire orientation to a person who will be training you. Same about when they are paid. It is an important information you need to know as a new employee.

When it comes to working environment it really depends on a team you'll be working with and a manager. At some places you might fit in better than others even within the same company.
