I just got into Halo. I need help!?

Question

Since I just have an xbox, I just bought Halo2. I know its old and I'm overdue. I'm actually not too bad, but I need help. How do I lock on with the rocket launcher.

Ehh its been ages since i played halo 2 but if i remember right you just have to wait for the reticle to turn red then press and hold on the right trigger. When you release they should be dead ;)

If it helps I'm pretty sure a message appears below the reticle 'press and hold right trigger to lock on' when you can lock on.

well atleast u bought halo 2 lol

oh and make sure halo 3 is ur first game when/if u get xbox 360

to lock on with a rocket launcher, u first press the right stick down so it will zoom

when aim the crosshairs on a vehicle as it doesn't work on ppl

just hold the right trigger and u'll know when it gets locked on, arrows will circle it then jsut let go and off the rocket goes !!! =p

btw, i'm sure it works on vehicles but not sure about aliens and stuff

When the opponent you want destroyed runs in the crosshairs of the rocket launcher, they turn red. Fire at this precise moment and it will follow them and blow them to a million pieces!
