I just got into a car accident?

hi, I just got into a car accident and my car is totaled front end. I heard about companies that buy wrecked cars, I was just wondering if I should do that? Is it safe to do? Do you know of any good companies that offer to buy wrecked cars? Are they legitimate?

My car is about 18 years old, so there is no point in repairing it.

There are companies in every state that will buy your vehicle but you are looking at around only $75.00 to $200.00 dollars........

if an insurance company is involved you may need to check with them about disposal rights first.

They basically pay scrap value (cost of the metal).
