  1. You really need professional help. Hydraulic brakes can't just be bolted on and then hope that they work- they take PROFESSIONAL tweaking and careful alignment using shims or spacers where necessary.

    Take the bike to a bike shop. It ain't worth getting hurt.


  2. The cable probably needs adjusting. Take your bike to a bike shop and ask them to show you how to fix it. They shouldn't charge you, if they try to, offer to buy the tools you'll need to fix it from them (allen key, spanner) Then you'll be sorted for any future brake adjustments

  3. why don't  you fix it?
