I just got married.do i have to pay to change the information on my drivers license?like address and last name

The answer is yes you do.Here in Texas the is $7.00 for change of add. & name. I can't remember about the picture, but you will have 2 wait 3 weeks for the new one to be mailed.

You sure do. Make sure you change your name on everything else too, such as social security card, passport, bank statements, utility bills, and much more. Make your husband pay for all of this too. Don't you think it's unfair he doesn't have to go through this process? That's why I plan on keeping my name when I marry.

In the UK it is free, get a form D1 from the post office.
