  1. Get a soluble painkiller, any that works for you. Dont overdose though take these when your others have worn off. Get the water that has the painkiller in it in your mouth and hold it around the painful area as much as possible. Do this every 6 hours or as what it says on the packet, but make sure to hold it around the painful area for as long as possible. This should help oh and cold things really do help such as a nice cold glass of water, not to cold though! lol, A nice mint mouthwash watered down kind of sooths your mouth too. Try not to eat anything that may be painful on your teeth, more soft foods. Trying to forget about it somtimes works because some of the pain is from knowing its there. You have probably been given wax for the mouth if it rubs use that as much as possible. Good luck!.

  2. What helped me is putting pressure on the teeth that hurt which actually stopped the pain after two or three days and moved the teeth quicker.

  3. advil and time are the best two things

  4. Well you can put some wax that your orthodontist should of gave you. You can also take tylenol or advil really helps. Try eating soft foods like soup, mashed potatoes, and others. Avoid carmel and gooey candy. Hang in there, just imagine how you'd look when you get your braces off!

Hope I helped, please answer my question :]
