I know if it's the exact same type it will.  I don't think it will work if it's only same brand.

The New Face Must be the Exact Model or it will Not Work . . .

Every Brand will sell 5-10 Models that may look similar bat are not the same features and options.

Try to remove the radio body if you can to make sure you know the model number of the radio you have.  (Most newer radios have a slot on the left and right side of the radio where you can slide in a radio key or a 4 inch long thin straight piece of metal to remove the radio body.)
